The Meeting Management Service is a professional team dedicated to addressing all meeting service needs for conference organizers.
The Conference Service Center is staffed with a Conference Service Manager (Conference Butler) who serves as the on-site conference service specialist for meeting and banquet clients. This includes tasks such as designing meeting layouts, coordinating room and catering services, preparing conference supplies, and providing all kinds of secretarial services for conferences. The Conference Butler also offers secretarial support for meetings, banquets, tourism, business, negotiations, and legal matters.
In addition, a dedicated in-house graphic designer plans, designs, and produces all conference materials throughout the event (such as backdrops, banners, table cards, and fresh flowers).
We can provide tour services for your conference, including nighttime yacht tours on the Qiantang River, cultural tours along the canal, viewing the Qiantang River tidal bore on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month, sightseeing tours of West Lake attractions, visits to the Hangzhou Bay Bridge, and attendance at the Qiantang River fireworks festival, among other activities.
