The Hangzhou Tianyuan Building, constructed to the national five-star standard, is affiliated with Hangzhou Tourism Group Co., Ltd., a state-owned enterprise directly under the Hangzhou Municipal People’s Government. Located in the central business district of Hangzhou—Qianjiang New City—the building is the first internationally-aligned conference hotel to open in this area. This year, it is steadily progressing toward obtaining the national five-star hotel designation, with the goal of passing the star-rating assessment this coming winter and spring. Situated east of the Qiantang River and north of the Grand Canal, the building stands 145 meters tall with 37 floors, offering over 300 guest rooms and suites. On the 34th floor, you’ll find J Western Restaurant—a rotating restaurant that boasts the highest elevation along the Qiantang River. On the 3rd floor, there’s Qiantang Bay Fisherman’s Village, a Chinese restaurant that exudes an authentic atmosphere steeped in Go culture and history, specializing in fresh river seafood. The 5th floor houses a comprehensive conference center, featuring a large multi-functional hall, an international conference room, and meeting rooms of various sizes. On the 2nd floor, there’s a waterfront terrace—an exclusive outdoor garden spanning over 10,000 square meters, the only one of its kind in Hangzhou—perfect for watching the tides roll in and fireworks light up the sky. Tianyuan Clubhouse No. 29 primarily caters to high-end VIP guests, offering a selection of exquisite cuisine including Tan Family dishes, private chef creations, gourmet specialties, and premium delicacies such as bird’s nest, abalone, and shark fin.
