5 Construction period requirements: No more than 20 days shall elapse from the date of contract signing.
6 Contracting Method and Scope of Contract:
(1) Lump-Sum Construction Contract: Based on the quotation provided by the tendering entity, repairs within the scope of the bill of quantities will be carried out irregularly according to the glass breakage conditions specified by the tendering entity. If the on-site glass dimensions differ from those listed in the bill of quantities by no more than 10 cm, the pricing shall be based on the dimensions listed in the bill of quantities. Bidding companies are required to purchase insurance for construction personnel.
(2) The bidding and pricing for this project will be based on a fixed lump-sum unit price (including taxes and other charges).
(3) The scope of work includes the exterior curtain wall glass of the building. The duration of this tender is one year.
7 · Engineering quality requirements: Construction shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the current national construction and acceptance specifications, quality inspection and evaluation standards, relevant documents issued by the national industry authorities guiding engineering construction, and the contents of the tender documents. The quality of the project must meet the standards specified in the “Construction Project Quality Acceptance Specifications.” The colors of the glass and aluminum alloy must be consistent with those of the building’s curtain wall. The quotation includes all installation-related costs, and the warranty period is two years.
8 Qualification requirements:
All bidding entities shall possess a Grade III or higher specialized contracting qualification for curtain wall engineering.

10 Construction site inspection time: The bidding entity shall conduct its own site inspection.
11. Registration Period:
(1) Time: 2023 2 Moon 24 As of February 2023 _ 29 Closed on Sundays (working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
(2) Location: Engineering Department, Tianyuan Building, No. 2 Qianchao Road, Hangzhou City
