  3 Qualification requirements:

  (1) Bidders must be registered within the territory of the People’s Republic of China and be independent legal entities or other organizations capable of independently assuming civil liabilities and possessing the capacity to supply goods (provide a copy of their business license).

  (2) Different entities whose legal representatives are the same person or that have controlling or management relationships with each other shall not bid for the same procurement project.

  (3) The supplier database complies with, acknowledges, and undertakes to fulfill all the requirements set forth in this Letter of Invitation; the goods and services provided must be lawful within the territory of China.

  (4) The bidder has undertaken no fewer than one hotel project since January 1, 2019. (Including hotels of four- and five-star rating or higher, or hotels of equivalent standards managed by internationally renowned hotel management groups—proof of management contracts or certificates from the hotel management company must be provided) or well-known enterprises and institutions. Supporting documentation ( A copy of the contract stamped with the bidder’s official seal. ).

4 ) Accor Group (Sofitel, Pullman, Swissôtel, etc.)

5 Shangri-La Group

6 ) Banyan Tree Group (Banyan Tree, Capella Hotels & Resorts, etc.)

  (5) This project does not accept bids submitted by consortia.

5 Contract Performance Security: Eight thousand yuan ( Pay separately to Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Co., Ltd. and the Intellectual Hotel Branch of Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Co., Ltd., as stipulated in the contract. )

7 Service period: Two years, The contract for this project shall be terminated if the parent group of Party A engages in centralized procurement at the time of contract signing.
