Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Co., Ltd. is conducting an open tender for the “recovery of waste grease from grease traps.” Details are as follows:

2 Project Name: Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Co., Ltd. Waste grease recovery from oil-water separators
3 Project Overview: Tianyuan Building currently has five grease traps: one at the stairwell on the 32nd floor, one on the refuge floor on the 15th floor, one at the Guoli entrance of the fire escape on the 1st floor, one in the green belt, and one underground sump. These traps are used to collect grease and remove waste.
4 Funding source: Self-funded with own capital.
5 Construction period requirements: Grease will be collected every 3 days, along with the removal of waste from grease traps and sump pits. The cooperation period is 2 years.
6 Specific requirements:
(1) Possessing independent legal personality and the capacity to independently assume civil liability;
(2) Possess government-issued qualification for grease recycling;
(3) Proof of a unified destination for oil and fat recovery;
(4) A system for managing oils and fats;
(5) A fleet of vehicles dedicated to the collection of used oils under unified management, and a team of professionals wearing uniform attire;
7 Qualification requirements for eligible bidders:
(1) Bidders shall be registered with a business license within the territory of the People’s Republic of China.
(2) Qualification Certificate.
8 Quality requirements: It shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the current relevant national requirements.
9 · Examination period: The bidding entity shall conduct its own site inspection.
10、 There will be no centralized Q&A session prior to bidding. Any questions from bidders will be answered by the procuring entity and provided in a unified written response.
11 Sign the contract:
The tendering party and the successful bidder shall, within 30 days from the date of issuance of the notice of award, enter into a written contract based on the tender documents and the successful bidder’s bid document.
