II. Project Overview: The Tianyuan Intelligence Hotel is located on floors 27 to 35 of the Intelligence Building. On the 34th floor, there is a hotel conference room featuring three meeting rooms, each no larger than 200 square meters. Two of these meeting rooms are equipped with P2.5 display screens, with the main screen measuring 2.688 meters in height and 6.144 meters in length—totaling two LED electronic displays.

III. Funding Sources and Cooperation Models: The funding comes from the partner, and the operating revenue is shared by both parties.

4. Contract Term: 2 years.

V. Requirements Related to Cooperation:

1. Subject to the mutual interests of both parties, two sets of fixed LED displays equipped with operating systems will be installed in the Banquet Hall on the 34th floor of Zhihui Building. The LED display model is a full-color HD screen.

2. We provide free maintenance for natural wear and tear of the LED screen, replacement of accessories and consumables, upgrades to system and device software, training for operators, and timely maintenance and operation of the LED screen.

3. The power supply points required for the LEDs shall be provided by the purchaser.

4. Undertake the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of display screens, as well as equipment upgrades, and promptly update equipment based on market conditions and demand.

5. For single disputes over LED screen fee settlements arising from customer complaints due to equipment malfunctions of LED screens, the party responsible shall bear the resulting repair and replacement costs.

6. Payment Method: The detailed statement for the previous month’s LED screen commissioning service fees shall be provided in writing before the 10th of each month for settlement.

7. The repair response time is 2 hours; common faults are typically resolved within 24 hours, and major issues are fixed within 48 hours.

VI. Bidder Qualifications

1. Relevant professional qualifications issued by the state.
2. Possesses the equipment and professional technical capabilities necessary to fulfill the contract, as well as relevant cooperation cases.

8. Conduct on-site inspections independently.

9. Installation and Construction Requirements: Comply with relevant national technical standards, follow standardized construction procedures, and prioritize safety.
