6 Contracting Method and Scope of Contract:

    (1) Lump-sum construction contract: covers labor, materials, quality, schedule, and safe and civilized construction.

    (2) Scope of Contract: Gas alarm system within the building

7 Specific construction requirements: Complete Annual inspection of gas detectors in areas such as building gas pipelines and kitchens. ， And issue a qualified testing report (which must be recognized by the relevant industry). Replace or repair any alarm devices that fail to meet the standards.

8 Qualification requirements that eligible bidders must meet:

(1) Bidders shall be registered within the territory of the People’s Republic of China.

(2) Possess relevant industry qualifications

(3) This project does not accept bids submitted by joint ventures.

9 · Engineering quality requirements: Construction shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the current national construction and acceptance specifications, quality inspection and evaluation standards, relevant documents issued by the national industry authorities guiding engineering construction, and the contents of the tender documents. The quality of the project must meet the standards specified in the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality" and the GB 50016-2006 Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings. The warranty period for quality assurance is one year.

11 Construction site inspection time: On-site inspections will not be conducted in a unified manner; each bidding unit will conduct its own inspections.

(3) Provide a copy of the business license of the corporate entity, a letter of authorization from the legal representative, photocopies of the ID cards of the legal representative and participating personnel, confirmation of the tender documents (with the official seal of the unit affixed to the tender documents), and a quotation table for comprehensive unit prices, among other documents.
