Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Co., Ltd. is conducting an open tender for the “Renovation Project of Kitchen Gas Equipment at Tianyuan Building.” Details are as follows:

2 Project Name: Tianyuan Building Kitchen Gas Equipment Rectification Project

3 Project Overview: No. 2 Qianchao Road, Shangcheng District, Hangzhou City The gas equipment in the kitchens on the 33rd, 29th, 6th, and 1st floors of Hangzhou Tianyuan Building will be rectified to meet standards. (The kitchen on the 3rd floor will be assessed based on the tender unit price, and whether it needs rectification will be determined according to the leasing situation; the associated costs are not included in the total tender price for this project.)

4 Funding source: Self-funded with own capital.

5 Construction period requirements: No more than 20 days shall elapse from the date of contract signing.

6 Contracting Method and Scope of Contract:

  (1) Lump-sum construction contract: covers labor, materials, quality, schedule, and safe and civilized construction.

  (2) Scope of Contract: Includes, but is not limited to, the renovation or replacement of substandard gas equipment in the kitchens on the 33rd, 29th, 6th, and 1st floors (see equipment list for details). Where equipment can be retrofitted, retrofitting shall be carried out; where retrofitting is not feasible, the equipment shall be replaced. After rectification, the equipment must meet the relevant industry standards.

7 · Engineering quality requirements:

Construction shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the current national construction and acceptance specifications, quality inspection and evaluation standards, relevant documents issued by the national industry authorities guiding engineering construction, and the contents of the tender documents. The quality of the project must meet the standards specified in the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Engineering Quality," pass the acceptance inspection conducted by the relevant authorities, and be covered by a two-year warranty period.

Bidders shall independently inspect the site and prepare a detailed quotation list, ensuring that the final repairs pass the tenderer’s acceptance inspection; otherwise, the corresponding payment will not be made.

8 Qualification requirements:

   (1) Bidders shall be registered within the territory of the People’s Republic of China.

(2) This project does not accept bids submitted by consortia.

9 Material Brand Requirements : None

10 Construction site inspection time: The bidding entity shall conduct its own site inspection.

11. Registration Period:

(1) Time: 2024   4 Moon  19  Until 2024 4_ Moon _ 22 Closed on Sundays (working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.).

(2) Location: Engineering Department, Tianyuan Building, No. 2 Qianchao Road, Hangzhou City

(3) Provide a copy of the business license of the corporate entity, a letter of authorization from the legal representative, photocopies of the ID cards of the legal representative and participating personnel, confirmation of the tender documents (with the official seal of the unit affixed to the tender documents), and a quotation table for comprehensive unit prices, among other documents.
