6 Contracting Method and Scope of Contract:

    (1) Lump-sum construction contract: covers labor, materials, quality, schedule, and safe and civilized construction.

    (2) Scope of Contract: Replace 12 pressure-reducing valves. They must be of the same model and size.

7 Specific construction requirements:

   The original pressure-reducing valve brand was Zhengfeng. Currently, the valve is experiencing issues such as inability to adjust the water pressure, excessively high water pressure, and unstable pressure readings. To facilitate a smooth replacement and minimize disruption to hotel operations, please consider using the same model whenever possible and schedule the installation work for nighttime hours.

8 Qualification requirements for eligible bidders: None.

9 · Engineering quality requirements: Construction shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the current national construction and acceptance specifications, quality inspection and evaluation standards, relevant documents issued by the national industry authorities guiding engineering construction, and the contents of the bidding documents. The quality of the project must meet the standards specified in the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality" and the GB 50016-2006 Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings. The warranty period for quality assurance is two years.

Bidders shall independently inspect the site and prepare a detailed quotation list, ensuring that the final repairs pass the tenderer’s acceptance inspection; otherwise, the corresponding payment will not be made.
