2 Project Name: Minor repair works at Hangzhou Tianyuan Building for the first half of 2022.

3 Project Overview: 32 Leakage from the floor at the roof vent of the building. Maintenance: Repair of pipe supports for the cooling tower on the roof of the West Annex Building; replacement of handrails for the accessible ramp on the 1st floor of the West Annex Building; repair of true stone paint on the exterior walls of the bridge over Zhijiang Road. Specific quantities of work (see detailed list).

4 Funding source: Self-funded with own capital.

5 Construction period requirements: No more than 20 days shall elapse from the date of contract signing.

6 Contracting Method and Scope of Contract:

    (1) Lump-sum construction contract: covers labor, materials, quality, schedule, and safe and civilized construction.

7 Specific construction requirements:

32 After the rooftop leakage repair is completed, restore the original decorations to their original condition. The cooling tower supports must be made of hot-dip galvanized channel steel; for existing channel steel that hasn't been replaced but is corroded, remove rust and apply anti-rust paint. Handrails for accessible pathways must be installed in compliance with relevant standards. For the exterior stone-painted walls along Zhijiang Road, the repair work must ensure a seamless transition between old and new colors.

8 Qualification requirements for eligible bidders:

(1) Bidders shall be registered within the territory of the People’s Republic of China and possess independent legal personality.

(2) This project does not accept bids submitted by consortia.

9 · Engineering quality requirements: Construction shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the current national construction and acceptance specifications, quality inspection and evaluation standards, relevant documents issued by the national industry authorities guiding engineering construction, and the contents of the tender documents. The quality of the project shall meet the standards specified in the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality" as well as the GB 50016-2006 Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings, and the national standards and regulations for telecommunications access licensing. The warranty period for quality assurance is two years.

11 Construction site inspection time: On-site inspections will not be conducted in a unified manner; each bidding unit will conduct its own inspections.
