    Reasons for and explanation of adopting the single-source procurement method: The aforementioned self-service kiosk products and the eZhu smart front-desk application software are independently developed by Lvbù Technology Co., Ltd. They are designed as a seamlessly integrated hardware-and-software solution, distinct from the hardware and software configurations of other self-service kiosks available on the market. Without prior authorization or training from Lvbù, third-party maintenance personnel would be unable to perform effective repairs, maintenance, or servicing of the kiosk’s hardware and software. Therefore, related maintenance and support services can only be procured from this supplier. And... The Golden Key Service System is for The computer software developed by Guangzhou Municipal Protocol Office Network Technology Service Co., Ltd., which possesses independent intellectual property rights, has been registered under software copyright certificate number “Software Copyright Registration No. 6493391.” In accordance with Article 31, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Government Procurement Law of the People’s Republic of China, which stipulates that procurement may be conducted via a single-source approach when the goods or services can only be obtained from a single supplier, the bidding committee recommends adopting a single-source procurement method for the aforementioned two items, respectively, to: Hangzhou Lvbù Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Libin Si Network Technology Service Co., Ltd. Procure a maintenance service agreement from May 1, 2023, to April 30, 2025.
