    Reasons for and explanation of adopting the single-source procurement method:   The aforementioned renewal agreement project is initiated by the robot manufacturer. Beijing Liuhu Xingkong Technology Co., Ltd. Developed and manufactured entirely in-house, this robot boasts independent intellectual property rights and features a hardware and software architecture that differs significantly from those of other robots available on the market. Without undergoing specialized training provided by Hunter Starry Sky, third-party repair technicians will be unable to gain a thorough understanding of the robot’s hardware and software: 1. They lack the necessary conditions to conduct comprehensive hardware testing prior to providing actual maintenance or repairs, nor do they have sufficient spare parts in stock for replacement and repair purposes; 2. They are unfamiliar with the core software used by the “Zhao Cai Bao” robot; 3. When hardware or software malfunctions occur, they have no effective means to promptly repair and maintain the robot. Moreover, during maintenance or repair work, third-party technicians may inadvertently cause damage to the robot’s hardware and software. Therefore, anyone not authorized by Hunter Starry Sky is strictly prohibited from disassembling the robot privately. Otherwise, the robot will lose its eligibility for continued warranty coverage.
