Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Co., Ltd. is conducting an open tender for the “Renovation Project of the Tianyuan Building Employee Kitchen,” with details as follows:

2 Project Name: Renovation project for the staff kitchen at Hangzhou Tianyuan Building.

3 Project Overview: The staff kitchen on the 1st floor of Tianyuan Building is undergoing partial adjustments and repairs to its kitchen equipment, as well as its water and electrical systems.

4 Funding source: Self-funded with own capital.

5 Construction period requirements: No more than 20 days shall elapse from the date of contract signing.

6 Contracting Method and Scope of Contract:

    (1) Lump-sum construction contract: covers labor, materials, quality, schedule, and safe and civilized construction.

    (2) Scope of Contract: Includes, but is not limited to: repairs and replacements of walls, floors, tap water valves, ceilings, strong (and weak) current outlets, wall openings, water (and electrical) pipes, kitchen appliances, and more.

7 Qualification requirements for eligible bidders:

(1) Possessing independent legal personality;

(2) Possess professional contracting qualifications for architectural decoration and renovation projects;

(3) Units whose legal representatives are the same person or that have direct controlling or management relationships with each other shall not simultaneously participate in bidding for the same contract.

(4) This project does not accept bids submitted by joint ventures.

8 · Engineering quality requirements: Construction shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the current national construction and acceptance specifications, quality inspection and evaluation standards, relevant documents issued by the national industry authorities guiding engineering construction, and the contents of the tender documents. The quality of the project must meet the standards specified in the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality" and the GB 50016-2006 Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings. The warranty period for quality assurance is two years.

10 Construction site inspection time: On-site inspections will not be conducted uniformly; each bidding unit will conduct its own inspections.

11、 There will be no centralized Q&A session prior to bidding. Any questions from bidders will be answered by the procuring entity and provided in a unified written response.

13. Registration Period:

(1) Time: 2023 _5 Moon 17 As of 2023 5 _Month _21 Closed on Sundays (working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.).

(2) Location: Engineering Department, Tianyuan Building, No. 2 Qianchao Road, Hangzhou City

(3) Provide a copy of the business license of the corporate entity, enterprise qualification certificates, a power of attorney from the legal representative, photocopies of the ID cards of the legal representative and participating personnel, confirmation of the tender documents (with the official seal of the unit affixed to the tender documents), and a quotation table for the comprehensive unit price. All documents should be sealed in a sealed envelope, and the sealing area of the envelope must be stamped with the bidder’s official seal. The envelope’s outer cover should clearly indicate the name of the tender project, the bidder’s name, and the bidder’s address, and should also bear the markings “Tender Documents” and “To Be Opened at Bid Opening.” If the bidder fails to seal the documents and mark them as required above, the procuring entity shall not be responsible for any misdelivery or premature opening of the bid documents.

15 Composition of the Bid Evaluation Committee: An odd number of five or more people.

16 Evaluation Method: Low-Bid Winning Method (Implementing Two Rounds of Negotiation)

17、 Maximum price: RMB 80,000 (in words: Eighty thousand yuan exactly). Bids exceeding the maximum price limit will be deemed invalid.
