2 Project Name: Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Outdoor Sewage Pipeline Leak Detection Project.
3 Project Overview: The leakage in the outdoor sewage pipe of Tianyuan Building has caused a mixing of stormwater and sewage, so we need to locate the leak.
4 Funding source: Self-funded with own capital.
5 Construction period requirements: No more than 20 days shall elapse from the date of contract signing.
6 Contracting Method and Scope of Contract:
(1) Lump-sum construction contract: The contractor is responsible for labor, materials, quality, schedule, and safe and civilized construction.
(2) Scope of Contract: Including, but not limited to: identifying the leak points in the three stormwater and sewage pipelines, and ensuring that after repairs are completed based on these leak points, there will be no mixing of stormwater and sewage or new leakage issues.
7 Qualification requirements for eligible bidders:
(1) Possessing independent legal personality;
(2) This project does not accept bids submitted by consortia.
8 · Engineering quality requirements: Construction shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the current national construction and acceptance specifications, quality inspection and evaluation standards, relevant documents issued by the national industry authorities guiding engineering construction, and the contents of the tender documents. The quality of the project must meet the standards specified in the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality" and the GB 50016-2006 Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings. The warranty period for quality assurance is two years.

10 Construction site inspection time: On-site inspections will not be conducted in a unified manner; each bidding unit will conduct its own inspections.
11、 There will be no centralized Q&A session prior to bidding. Any questions from bidders will be answered by the procuring entity and provided in a unified written response.

(3) Provide a copy of the business license of the corporate entity, enterprise qualifications, a letter of authorization from the legal representative, photocopies of the ID cards of the legal representative and participating personnel, confirmation of the bidding documents (with the official seal of the unit affixed to the bidding documents), and a quotation table for comprehensive unit prices, among other documents.

15 Composition of the Bid Evaluation Committee: An odd number of five or more people.
