    Reasons for and explanation of adopting the single-source procurement method:   Hangzhou Xiaoshan Huashu Digital Television Co., Ltd. It is the only local radio and television operator in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City that broadcasts overseas channels, holding copyrights to all channels and various TV program sources, particularly those from CCTV. 5 The set-top box and the central ultra-high-definition system enable live broadcasting of major international top-tier events. Not only do they ensure broadcast control security, but they also fully meet hotels’ future needs for activating overseas channels. Meanwhile, Wasu TV transmits overseas channels via encrypted, targeted delivery over cable television networks, meaning that program signals are no longer affected by external factors such as weather. This saves customers from the one-time upfront investment in satellite receiving equipment and eliminates the need to worry about potential difficulties during data center construction, as well as issues related to security monitoring and subsequent maintenance.
