2 Project Name: Repair of leaks and vibrations in the chilled water pump, cooling pump, and circulating pump at the air-conditioning machine room of Hangzhou Tianyuan Building.

3 Project Overview: Leakage repair and maintenance of air-conditioning chilled-water pumps, cooling pumps, and circulating pumps, as well as replacement and repair of vibrating bearings and water seals.

4 Funding source: Self-funded with own capital.

5 Construction period requirements: No more than 20 days shall elapse from the date of contract signing.

6 Contracting Method and Scope of Contract:

    (1) Lump-sum construction contract: covers labor, materials, quality, schedule, and safe and civilized construction.

    (2) Scope of Contract: 3 chilled-water pumps and circulation pumps (30 kW each), 1 cooling pump (55 kW), 1 hot-water circulation pump (3 kW), and one domestic water booster pump each of 7 kW and 11 kW.

7 Specific construction requirements:

    Maintenance and repair, including bearing and seal replacements.

8 Qualification requirements for eligible bidders: None.

9 · Engineering quality requirements: Construction shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the current national construction and acceptance specifications, quality inspection and evaluation standards, relevant documents issued by the national industry authorities guiding engineering construction, and the contents of the tender documents. The quality of the project must meet the standards specified in the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality" and the GB 50016-2006 Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings. The warranty period for quality assurance is six months.

Bidders shall independently inspect the site and prepare a detailed quotation list, ensuring that the final repairs pass the tenderer’s acceptance inspection; otherwise, the corresponding payment will not be made.

10 Material Brand Requirements Water seal: Grunfos brand replacement (Southern region); bearing: SKF brand.

11 Construction site inspection time: On-site inspections will not be conducted in a unified manner; each bidding unit will conduct its own inspections.

12、 There will be no centralized Q&A session prior to bidding. Any questions from bidders will be answered by the procuring entity and provided in a unified written response.

(3) Provide a copy of the business license of the corporate entity, a letter of authorization from the legal representative, photocopies of the ID cards of the legal representative and participating personnel, confirmation of the bidding documents (with the official seal of the unit affixed to the bidding documents), and a quotation table for the comprehensive unit price, among other documents.

17 Bidding evaluation method: Lowest-price bidding
