Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Co., Ltd. regarding “ Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary, Zhihui Hotel Branch—Food Printer Procurement Project We are conducting an open tender and welcome qualified bidders to submit their bids. ：
I. Project Overview ：
( 1 ) Project Name: Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary, Zhihui Hotel Branch, Procurement Project for Food Printers
II. Qualification Requirements for Qualified Suppliers ：
(1) The bidder must be a legally independent entity registered within the territory of the People’s Republic of China, capable of independently assuming civil liabilities, and possessing the capacity to supply goods (provide a copy of the business license).
(2) Different entities whose legal representatives are the same person or that have a controlling or management relationship with each other shall not bid for the same procurement project.
(3) This project does not accept bids submitted by consortia.
III. Content of the Quotation Document
Composition of the quotation document:
(1) Quotation List (Attachment 1);
(2) Includes, but is not limited to, documents such as the legal entity’s authorization letter, business license, qualification certificates, and other relevant materials (photocopies must be stamped with the company’s official seal);
(3) Specifications and Number of Copies for Quotation Documents: The quotation documents shall be bound into a volume and printed in A4 size, with one original and one copy (each page must be stamped with the company’s official seal).
All quotation documents will not be returned under any circumstances.
IV. Schedule and Venue for Price Inquiries
1 — Deadline and location for registration and submission of the inquiry documents:
Registration period: From June 3, 2023, to June 6, 2023.
Quotation document submission deadline: June 9, 2023, 12:00 PM.
Location for submitting the quotation documents: Procurement Department, Tianyuan Building, Hangzhou.
2 The bidder shall submit the quotation documents to the designated location before the deadline for submission of inquiry documents.
V. Completion of the Quotation Document
1 , requirements for Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary, Zhihui Hotel Branch, Procurement Project for Food Printers To carry out Quotation;
2 All quotation documents, once bound into a volume, shall be placed in a sealed bag and securely sealed. The sealing area must be stamped with the official seal of the organization and the seal of the legal representative or the legally authorized representative (a letter of authorization must be attached).
6. Contract Performance Security Deposit ： Five thousand yuan ( Pay separately to Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Co., Ltd. and the Intellectual Hotel Branch of Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Co., Ltd., as stipulated in the contract. )
7. Service Term ： Two years, The contract for this project shall be terminated if the parent group of Party A engages in centralized procurement at the time of contract signing.
