Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Co., Ltd. – Smart Hotel Branch is conducting an open tender for the “Facial Recognition Surveillance System for Small and Medium-Sized Business Premises (including network)” project. Details are as follows:

Project Name: Tianyuan Intelligence Hotel’s Facial Recognition Surveillance System for Small- and Medium-Sized Business Premises (including network)
- Project Requirements and Quotation Details
1 A 500M fiber broadband connection with internet access;
2 A high-definition, dedicated facial recognition surveillance camera with 30-day network storage for playback;
III. Qualification Requirements for Qualified Suppliers ：
(1) The bidder must be a legally independent entity registered within the territory of the People’s Republic of China, capable of independently assuming civil liabilities, and possessing the capacity to supply goods (provide a copy of the business license).
(2) Different entities whose legal representatives are the same person or that have controlling or management relationships with each other shall not bid for the same procurement project.
(3) This project does not accept bids submitted by consortia.
IV. Content of the Quotation Document
Composition of the quotation document:
(1) Quotation List (Attachment 1);
(2) Including, but not limited to, the legal entity’s authorization letter, the company’s business license, and qualification certificates. Copies of the legal entity’s and participating personnel’s ID cards, tender documents Relevant supporting documents (photocopies must be stamped with the company’s official seal);
(3) Specifications and Number of Copies for Quotation Documents: The quotation documents shall be bound into a volume and printed in A4 size, with two copies in total (each page must be stamped with the company’s official seal).
All quotation documents will not be returned under any circumstances.

7. Bid Opening Time: 3:00 p.m. on July 3, 2023
8. Composition of the Bid Evaluation Committee: An odd number of five or more members.
