5 Construction period requirements: No more than 20 days shall elapse from the date of contract signing.

6 Contracting Method and Scope of Contract:

    (1) Lump-sum construction contract: covers labor, materials, quality, schedule, and safe and civilized construction.

    (2) Scope of Contract: Install return air ducts on the designated floor.

7 Specific construction requirements:

    The return air duct for the new air conditioning unit should be installed to the outdoor air intake louvers, and the corrugated flexible hose must meet the required strength standards. The connection points of the new air unit should be easy to disassemble and reassemble, facilitating future maintenance and cleaning.

8 Qualification requirements for eligible bidders: None.

9 · Engineering quality requirements: Construction shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the current national construction and acceptance specifications, quality inspection and evaluation standards, relevant documents issued by the national industry authorities guiding engineering construction, and the contents of the tender documents. The quality of the project must meet the standards specified in the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality" and the GB 50016-2006 Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings. The warranty period for quality assurance is six months.

Bidders shall independently inspect the site and prepare a detailed quotation list, ensuring that the final repairs pass the tenderer’s acceptance inspection; otherwise, the corresponding payment will not be made.

11 Construction site inspection time: On-site inspections will not be conducted uniformly; each bidding unit will conduct its own inspections.
