6 Contracting Method and Scope of Contract:

    (2) Scope of Contract: The guarantee covers, but is not limited to, the replacement and commissioning of damaged equipment such as indicator lights, high-voltage current transformers, high-voltage multifunction meters, transformer fans, and transformer temperature controllers.

7 Specific construction requirements:

    The replaced equipment meets industry standards and poses no safety risks during use.

8 Qualification requirements for eligible bidders: None.

9 · Engineering quality requirements: Construction shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the current national construction and acceptance specifications, quality inspection and evaluation standards, relevant documents issued by the national industry authorities guiding engineering construction, and the contents of the tender documents. The quality of the project must meet the standards specified in the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality" and the GB 50016-2006 Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings. The warranty period for quality assurance is one year.

Bidders shall independently inspect the site and prepare a detailed quotation list, ensuring that the final repairs pass the tenderer’s acceptance inspection; otherwise, the corresponding payment will not be made.

11 Construction site inspection time: On-site inspections will not be conducted in a unified manner; each bidding unit will conduct its own inspections.
