2 Project Name: Annual maintenance and upkeep of the two grocery lifts at Tianyuan Intelligence Hotel

3 Project Overview: Floors 34 to 35 The two units on the second floor have completed maintenance and servicing as required. Emergency Repair Work 。

4 Funding source: Self-funded with own capital.

5 Construction period requirements: No more than 20 days from the date of contract signing.

6 Contracting Method and Scope of Contract:

  Daily maintenance and upkeep of two elevators

7 Specific construction requirements:

    Perform monthly (every 15 days), quarterly, and annual maintenance and upkeep tasks in compliance with relevant national regulations (Order No. 549), while also providing emergency repair services. ； Actively cooperate with Party A to pass the annual inspection; be responsible for completing any corrective actions required during the annual inspection.

8 Qualification requirements for eligible bidders:

(1) Bidders shall be registered within the territory of the People’s Republic of China.

(2) This project does not accept bids submitted by consortia.

9 · Engineering quality requirements: Maintenance and upkeep shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the current relevant industry standards of the country, ensuring that the elevator operates safely and efficiently.

Bidders shall independently inspect the site and prepare a detailed quotation list, ensuring that the final repairs pass the tenderer’s acceptance inspection; otherwise, the corresponding payment will not be made.

10 Material Brand Requirements : Existing brand or equivalent brand

11 Construction site inspection time: On-site inspections will not be conducted in a unified manner; each bidding unit will conduct its own inspections.

12、 There will be no centralized Q&A session prior to bidding. Any questions from bidders will be answered by the procuring entity and provided in a unified, written response.

14. Registration Period:

(2) Location: Engineering Department, Tianyuan Building, No. 2 Qianchao Road, Hangzhou City

(3) Provide a copy of the business license of the corporate entity, a letter of authorization from the legal representative, photocopies of the ID cards of the legal representative and participating personnel, confirmation of the tender documents (with the official seal of the unit affixed to the tender documents), and the comprehensive bid document.
