2、 In the later stage, the hotel may adjust the quantity and functionality of the borrowed equipment based on actual operational conditions. The successful bidder shall cooperate accordingly within the same grade level.
3 The equipment listed in the following inventory is what the hotel needs to borrow from the winning bidder during the contract period. The specific brand and model of such equipment shall be recommended by the winning bidder itself. The winning bidder shall be responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of the borrowed equipment. In the event of repair costs arising from natural wear and tear, the winning bidder shall bear the associated expenses; however, if the damage is caused by human factors, the tendering party shall cover the repair costs. The specific criteria for determining responsibility shall be agreed upon through mutual negotiation between the two parties. Please also indicate the original value of the borrowed equipment as well as its residual value after annual depreciation.
