6、 Submission Method: Please affix the official seal of your organization to the tender documents, quotation form (which must be completed using the quotation form specified in Appendix 1 provided by us), bidder qualification certificates, resumes of relevant four- and five-star hotels or well-known enterprises (you may attach separate sheets for resumes), commitment letter (which must be filled out using the form specified in Appendix 1 provided by us), as well as the name and telephone number of the contact person. Then, seal all these documents with the official seal and submit them to the Concierge Department at Hangzhou Tianyuan Building.
