Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Co., Ltd. is conducting a price inquiry and comparison for the procurement of equipment related to “VRV Air Conditioning Maintenance and Servicing for Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Co., Ltd.” The details are as follows:

2 Project Name: VRV Air Conditioning Maintenance and Repair Services by Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Co., Ltd.
3 Project Overview: The annual maintenance and servicing contract for the VRV air conditioning systems on floors 1 to 4 and the 31st floor of the building’s west annex is about to expire. In accordance with the relevant procedures, we will now solicit and compare quotes to select the maintenance and servicing provider.
4 Funding source: Self-funded with own capital.
5 Construction period requirements: No more than 20 days shall elapse from the date of contract signing.
6 Contracting Method and Scope of Contract:
(1) Lump-sum construction contract: covers labor, quality, and safe and civilized construction.
(2) Scope of Contract: — Each year, before the start of summer (in May) and winter (in October), arrange a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of both the VRV outdoor unit and indoor units to ensure that the equipment operates smoothly. During these inspections, check for any loose or damaged components, and reinforce any loose parts to restore them to their original, pre-loose condition. Clean all filters twice annually. Upon receiving a repair notification, dispatch personnel to the site within 24 hours to diagnose and rectify the fault. 2 Only material costs are charged for repairs. A price list of commonly used materials must be provided, and payments during the repair and maintenance period will be settled according to the comparative price list.
7 Specific construction requirements:
Repair or replace equipment to meet usage standards.
8 Qualification requirements for eligible bidders:
(1) Bidders shall be registered within the territory of the People’s Republic of China and possess independent legal personality.
(2) This project does not accept bids submitted by joint ventures.
9 · Engineering quality requirements: Construction shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the current national construction and acceptance specifications, quality inspection and evaluation standards, relevant documents issued by the national industry authorities guiding engineering construction, and the contents of the tender documents. The quality of the project must meet the standards specified in the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality" and the GB 50016-2006 Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings. The warranty period for replaced materials shall be six months.
10 Construction site inspection time: The bidding entity shall conduct its own site inspection.
11、 There will be no centralized Q&A session prior to bidding. Any questions from bidders will be answered by the procuring entity and provided in a unified written response.
