Announcement of Public Recruitment for Mid-Level Cadres by Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Co., Ltd.
Based on the actual staffing needs of Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”), we plan to publicly recruit one deputy mid-level cadre and two full-time mid-level cadres.
I. Open Recruitment Positions and Scope
Position: One Deputy Director of the Party and Government Office (Human Resources Department) (mid-level deputy position); one Manager of the Rooms Division (mid-level principal position); one Manager of the Sales Department (mid-level principal position).
Scope: Open recruitment to the public and hotel staff.
II. Basic Requirements
(1) Possess high ideological and political qualities, uphold the Party’s basic theory, basic line, basic program, basic experience, and basic requirements, firmly believe in socialism with Chinese characteristics, resolutely implement the Party and the state’s guidelines and policies as well as the decisions and deployments of the company’s Party branch and board of directors, consciously practice democratic centralism, wholeheartedly rely on the workforce, safeguard enterprise harmony and stability, demonstrate a strong sense of dedication and responsibility, and conscientiously fulfill economic, political, and social responsibilities.
(2) Familiar with modern hotel management, possessing strong decision-making and judgment skills, business management capabilities, communication and coordination skills, the ability to handle complex issues and emergencies, innovative thinking and a keen awareness of market competition, and demonstrating outstanding work performance.
(3) Possess the professional knowledge necessary to perform job duties, be familiar with national macroeconomic policies and relevant laws and regulations, and have a good understanding of both domestic and international markets as well as related industry conditions.
(4) Possess strong professional ethics, abide by laws and regulations, work diligently and responsibly, collaborate effectively in a spirit of unity, maintain integrity in professional practice, and demonstrate a positive work style, image, and professional reputation.
(5) Possessing sound psychological qualities and physical fitness sufficient to perform duties normally.
III. Qualifications for the Position
(1) Deputy Director of the Party and Government Office (Human Resources Department)
1 A member of the Communist Party of China with a college diploma or higher;
2 , master Administrative, Party affairs, human resource management, etc. Knowledge, familiarity with relevant procedures, solid writing skills, and proficiency in drafting various types of documents. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in state-owned enterprises.
3、 Open to the public : Should have at least 2 years of cumulative work experience in administrative, Party affairs, or human resources management roles in the same position. For hotel internal use : Candidates should have at least six months of work experience at the assistant level; those with less than six months of experience must have a total of more than one year of cumulative work experience at the assistant level and any lower-level position.
4 Possesses strong stress tolerance as well as excellent communication, coordination, and management skills.
(2) Room Division Manager
1 · College diploma or higher;
2 Master professional knowledge, skills, and service expertise related to hotel front desks, guest rooms, and other areas, and possess certain marketing capabilities.
3、 Open to the public : 2+ years at a four-star hotel Front Desk/Concierge Department Work experience in a managerial position, or at least one year of work experience as a front desk or housekeeping manager in a five-star hotel; For hotel internal use : Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a mid-level deputy position. Those with less than one year of such experience must have at least six months of experience serving as a mid-level deputy (leading departmental work) or a cumulative total of more than two years of experience in both mid-level deputy and assistant-level positions.
4 Possesses strong stress tolerance as well as excellent communication, coordination, and management skills.
(3) Sales Department Manager
1 · College diploma or higher;
2 Possesses practical experience in hotel marketing, understands market conditions, and has a firm grasp of hotel business strategies. Demonstrates strong sales awareness and excellent marketing planning skills.
3、 Open to the public At least 2 years of work experience in a sales manager position at a four-star hotel, or at least 1 year of work experience in a sales manager position at a five-star hotel; For hotel internal use Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a mid-level deputy position. Those with less than one year of such experience must have at least six months of experience serving as a mid-level deputy (leading departmental work) or a cumulative total of more than two years of experience in both mid-level deputy and assistant-level positions.

IV. Registration and Qualification Review
