5 Construction period requirements: No more than 20 days shall elapse from the date of contract signing.
6 Contracting Method and Scope of Contract:
(1) Lump-sum construction contract: covers labor, materials, quality, schedule, and safe and civilized construction.
(2) Scope of Contract: Procurement, installation, and commissioning
7 Specific construction requirements:
Provide water treatment services for the central air-conditioning refrigeration equipment system of the building (including daily water quality control of the cooling water system, regular bactericidal and algaecidal treatments of the entire cooling water system of the client’s air-conditioning equipment, as well as cleaning of all components such as cooling tower sumps, cooling tower fill media, expansion tanks, main cooling equipment in the machine room (pump room), and filters on the main cooling pipelines).
8 Qualification requirements for eligible bidders:
(1) Bidders shall be registered within the territory of the People’s Republic of China.
(2) This project does not accept bids submitted by consortia.
9 · Engineering quality requirements: Construction shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the current national construction and acceptance specifications, quality inspection and evaluation standards, relevant documents issued by the national industry authorities guiding engineering construction, and the contents of the bidding documents. The quality of the project must meet the standards specified in the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality" and the GB 50016-2006 Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings.
