2025 Tianyuan Building “First Lesson on Construction” Event

To thoroughly implement the spirit of the Group’s “Strong Start” work deployment meeting for the first quarter and accurately grasp key milestones such as resuming work and production after the holiday, while enhancing the safety awareness of all employees at Tianyuan Building and strengthening their self-defense and self-rescue capabilities, Tianyuan Building is holding a “First Lesson of the Year” safety production event on February 12, 2025.
I. Hazard Identification and Safety Awareness Promotion
The Safety and Fire Prevention Committee (Fire Safety Committee) of Tianyuan Building, led by the General Manager, conducted a comprehensive inspection covering both safety and fire prevention as well as food safety. The inspection focused on verifying the integrity and effectiveness of fire-fighting facilities such as the fire water system, fire extinguishers, and fire hydrants, as well as ensuring that evacuation routes and emergency exits remained unobstructed. In addition, the committee carried out meticulous checks in areas including the kitchen, high- and low-voltage switchgear rooms, and the fire control room. Employees were urged to overcome complacency, stay alert, and earnestly implement all necessary safety measures to ensure the hotel’s normal operational order. Meanwhile, efforts to enhance safety awareness were stepped up, with 160 copies of “Fire Safety Reminders for Public Places with High Population Density” distributed.
II. Conduct training for employees in each position on the “Four Capabilities,” “Three Understandings and Three Skills,” and the proper use of fire-fighting equipment, enabling employees to master the skills needed to extinguish initial-stage fires and enhancing their safety awareness.
3. Conduct micro-station drills and emergency response exercises for unexpected incidents to enhance security personnel’s emergency response capabilities and safety awareness.
By carrying out this activity, we have effectively enhanced the safety awareness of all staff members and provided strong assurance for the hotel’s safe operation.
