1. Rental target and business scope: Office/warehouse.
2. Lease Term: The lessee’s renovation and usage plans must be reviewed and approved by Hangzhou Tianyuan Building Co., Ltd. before implementation. The lease term is five years.
3. Rent payment method: Rent is payable in advance—pay first, then use. The annual rent starts at RMB 61,000 (RMB 3.41 per square meter per day). For subsequent years, the rent will increase by 2% annually based on the previous year’s rent until the end of the lease term. Rent payments shall be made via bank transfer. The initial payment must be made within seven days from the date of contract signing, and subsequent rent payments shall be made within seven days from the start date of the current year’s lease term. 。
3. Bidder Registration, Time, and Location.
Documents required for rental bidding registration:
1. The prospective tenant must submit relevant documents such as an ID card or a business license.
2. Lease and Transfer Application and Undertaking.
3. Bidders must pay a bid bond of RMB 10,000 when registering.
