(2) Provide materials related to the enterprise’s quality management system certification, and submit inspection reports from a valid provincial-level certification testing center.
(3) Since January 1, 2019, the bidder shall have undertaken at least one project of a hotel with similar characteristics (including hotels rated four- or five-star and above [as listed on the website of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China or on Ctrip], or hotels managed by internationally renowned hotel management groups, or hotels planned for construction to meet five-star and above standards but not yet opened—proof of such projects must include either a management contract or a certificate issued by the hotel management company). Supporting documents: a copy of the contract stamped with the bidder’s official seal, and a screenshot from the website of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China or Ctrip.
(4) The hotel will not pay any sample fees for the samples provided by bidding suppliers, regardless of whether they win the bid or not.
(5) This project does not accept bids submitted by consortia.

(1) Bidding companies shall not allow personnel who have returned to Hangzhou from other regions within the past 14 days to participate in the bid opening activities. To minimize personnel gatherings as much as possible, each bidding company is limited to one representative submitting the bid documents. ( 2 ) Before entering the bidding venue to attend the bid opening ceremony, bidders must wear their own masks, present their health code, and show their resident ID cards. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. |
5、 Quotation Method: A quotation list must be provided. The quoted prices must be entered into the designated form and stamped with the official company seal. The quoted prices include all costs, such as freight charges and issuance of special VAT invoices.
6、 Submission Method: Please affix the official seal of your organization to the tender documents, quotation form (which must be completed using the quotation form specified in Appendix 1 provided by us), bidder qualification certificates, resumes (you may print these on separate sheets; four- or five-star ratings are preferred), commitment letter (which must be filled out using the form specified in Appendix 1 provided by us), as well as the contact person’s name and telephone number. Then, seal the documents and submit them to the Procurement Department at Hangzhou Tianyuan Building.
